Mercury turned Retrograde in Aquarius on January the 11th and turns direct on January 31st. This brings about delays and possible errors in communications for awhile but actually affects mostly Capricorns and Aquarians to some degree. We must remember the basic archetypes, those roots of our psyche that is affected by the planets. As Jung said, "The starry vault of heaven is in truth the open book of cosmic projection, in which are reflected the mythologems, i.e., the archetypes. When we look at how we are affected personally, by the planets, and realizing that we 'always' have free will as to how we are reacting to these planets, it is important to realize that, at the moment, Uranus and Saturn are in opposition in the field at which Mercury is undergoing retrograde. Uranus represents immediate 'change' and Saturn represents 'crystallization of energies'. This was present in its exact moment of opposition on election day in '08 and is presently causing abrupt change to old standards right now. Anything in our lives that needs to be changed and we have not followed our leads on this, is NOW BEING CHANGED. This is to create a momentum for us to realize that we have been stuck in old standards of operation, and now it is time to birth some new possibilities in areas of career, work place, money, relationships and our own authority. It is definitely happening on a geo-political level, but is now happening on a very personal level as well. This affects all people as to how their Uranus and Saturn are placed in their natal charts.

The planet is being recalibrated to help adapt to the new vibratory influences and whether we like it or not, our bodies/minds/souls are being recalibrated as well. This may sound like so much 'hooey' to some, but watch as others physically cannot make it through these vibratory shots and influences, by succumbing to depression, illness, autoimmune problems. You were blessed with a body to maneuver through this era of influence so take care of it and make the changes necessary, not to mention making the changes in your spiritual outlooks and service to self and others. It is time to take an inventory of just how stuck we are and how needed changes must take place in the next six months in order to adapt to what is happening.
